After years of drifting in life and career, many emerging leaders find themselves deficient in clarity, purpose, fulfillment, and direction. Not sure of their strengths, skills, and purpose in life and career. Whether you’re just starting in your professional journey or have hit the wall and want more out of life and career, this 2-day intensive provides a guided and interactive journey in personal development to help you navigate your professional career with awareness and intention allowing you to navigate from “cradle to calling” vs. “cradle to cubicle.” Strengthens personal and professional leadership through self-awareness. Allow you to be the exemplary leader for yourself and others that you were made to be.
This program is a guided powerful and transformational experience designed to cause a shift in consciousness and direction in just two days.

Students in transition from college to career become equip to hit the ground running in corporate/ organizational cultures with life lessons and research-based curriculum from experienced professionals who have already walked the mile. They receive real-world skills for
real-world challenges. The knowledge, skills and exposure gained in this intensive helps to minimize culture shock and professional barriers to success for diverse emerging leaders. Lessons build awareness and competence in areas of professional development straight out the gate
decreasing their learning curve; accelerating their individual and organizational effectiveness. Course topics include information not typically taught in school environments.

Two day intensive cohort experience for diverse emerging leaders navigating the transition from high-school to college. Explores life lessons and skills that are directly applicable to experiences of emerging leaders that are college bound; Participants gain awareness of college life challenges, how to navigate the new cultural landscape, and real-world skills to equip them to be more effective leaders within their school and communities.

Workshop trainers and/or panelists provide a voice and create a safe space to share information typically not shared that aims to minimize culture shock and barriers to success for diverse emerging leaders. A safe space to students and young professional to ask their burning questions about the “real-world” workplace and learn best practices to accelerate your success as a diverse leader.

    Equips newly on-boarded and new front-line managers with ability to make an impact faster and smarter in this 3 day intensive leadership development program. Session contains bite-sized, interactive learning experiences that develop 8 core skills (Communication, crucial conversations, conflict resolution, Relationship building, teamwork, professionalism, accountability, coaching/mentoring) for leading and influencing in today’s workforce. Prepares leaders for high impact, effective workplace interactions providing actionable tools to feel more prepared to influence the audiences they lead.

Some staff have a knack for leadership; however, often can benefit from the opportunity to increase understanding of their audiences and demographics. Customized programs are available for organizational staff that primarily serve young adult audiences from urban communities, to increase impact and effectiveness through informed learning events that provide insights/ best practices for connecting and reaching the audience they support.

Community-Based Organizations

We partner with community and government programs to deliver employability/ workforce development and leadership development workshops to increase skills, performance, and opportunity for under-served audiences.
